Specification

1. SUPER STRUCTURE: Building design on R.C.C. frame and foundation on R.C.C. structures. Main wall minimum 10” thick and Divider wall minimum 5” thick.

2. FLOORING: All flooring inside the flat will be finished with good quality vitrified floor tiles along with 4” skirting in all sides.

3. BATHROOMS: in each bathroom in the flat, floor will be finished with good quality antiskid floor tiles and Glazed tiles will be provided upto 6'-0” from the floor level. In one toilet geyser point will be provided.

4. SANITARY WIRE: Indian pan or commode fitted with cistern in each toilet.

5. PLUMBING: All concealed wiring with P.V.C. Pipe. In each bathroom there shall be two water points with one shower point fitted with ISI brand fittings.

6. WINDOWS: Window shall be normal type fitted with Aluminum sliding Channel filled with glass with grill.

7. DOORS: All frames will be made of wood. Main door will be wooden and rest doors inside the flat will be flash door. In bathroom PVC door will be provided.

8. INTERNAL WALLS: All walls inside the flat will be plastered by cement with one coat finish by Plaster of Paris.

9. KITCHEN: Kitchen slab will be made of black stone over which glazed tiles up to 2'- ½ “height will be provided. One steel made sink with one tap and another tap under the sink will be provided. One white colour wash basin will be on dining space.

10. ELECTRIFICATION: Concealed electrical wiring with 21 light points including power point for two bed room flat and 30 light points including power point for three bed room flat . Additional point at the cost of purchaser. Individual meter in the name of the purchaser in respect of his allocation from C.E.S.C. Ltd. to be obtained at the cost of the purchaser.
