SHANTA SRIRAM CONSTRUCTIONS PVT, LTD.
Shanta Sriram Constructions (P) LTD was incorporated in the year 1995 under the able guidance of the chief promoters and directors of the Company, Mr. M. Narsaiah and Mr. M. Lingaiah.
We are renowned for our superiority in the fields of quality constructions and locations. Our credibility in this field is evident from the number of successful projects handled by us in the past decades. Ours is a company with ideals. Ideals which have shaped our journey and given us impetus to work towards being acknowledged as the most credible company in this business.
Our constant endeavours are aimed at providing best quality living to all strata of the society without any compromise on quality. In addition to high flying constructions for the elite, we are also into construction of affordable and visually charming homes complete with all conveniences.
The company Shanta Sriram Constructions Pvt Ltd was incorporated on 17.04.1995 by Mr. M. Narsaiah & Mr. M. Lingaiah as the promoters and directors.
In the beginning the company has constructed independent residential buildings. In the year 1997 the company has taken a decision to construct and sell commercial complexes also in additions to housing and has started many ventures in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
The Managing Director Mr. M. Narsaiah is a Civil Engineer and has vast experience in the construction and marketing fields and hence the company is in a good position in handling all kinds of projects. The other director Mr. M. Lingaiah is an operational man and monitors all construction activities, material, and labour relations. Our Chief Engineer Mr. M. Surender, Civil Engineer, looks after all the planning and implementation of the projects. Since all the three main promoters are active in the business, the company is strongly placed.
FUTURE OUTLOOK OF THE COMPANY
- The Company has acquired 42 Ac. Of Land in R. K. Puram, near Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, to construct Gated community Independent Houses and flats. It shall be completed in 5 years.
- Another 10 Ac. Of land in Gachibowli Cross Roads, Hyderabad., to construct a biggest Shopping Mall & Multiplex. It shall be completed in 4 years.
- Another 22 Ac. Of land in Tellapur, near Gachibowli, Hyderabad., for construction of Gated community Independent Houses and Residential Apartments. It shall also be completed in 5 years.
- Another 22 Ac. Of land in Bahdurpally, near Jeedimetla, Hyderabad., for construction of Integrated Township. It shall also be completed in 4 years.
- Another 5500 Sq. Yds., Of land at Musheerabad, Hyderabad., for construction of Luxury Apartments. It shall also be completed in 3 years.
THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS ARE IN PROGRESS :
- The construction work is in full swing for the biggest shopping Mall cum Multiplex at Patny Center, Secunderabad.
- Obtained the Approvals from GHMC for Another Two shopping Mall cum Multiplexes at RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.
- The Construction work has been started for Luxury Apartments at Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
- The Construction work has been started for Three Complexes for Shopping Mall at Road No. 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
- The Construction work has been started for a Commercial Complex cum Residential apartments at Tarnaka, Secunderabad.
- The Construction work has been started for a big residential apartments complex at Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad.
- The Construction work is in full swing for “Satellite Township”—Block E & F, located at Pet Basheerabad, Bowenpally, abutting National High way No. 7, Hyderabad. The highlights of the project are that the site is situated within 7 Kms from Paradise circle and with all amenities attached to the complex like Gym facility, Swimming pool, Security Services, Totlots, commercial place for super market, conference hall and generator back up for lifts and flats etc.,
- The entire project cost is around Rs. 500.00 Crores. The company has completed 4 Blocks (Block “A” Block “B” Block “C” and Block “D”) & Block “E & F” are now being constructed. The Structure is under construction now. Another Two blocks will be taken up in about 2 months. The entire project is expected to be completed by March 2013.
- Another I.T Park is in the heart of I.T. HUB Gachibowli. It is under construction with an area of 3,82,000 Sft. Half of the area is already contracted for sale and is progressing very fast for completion by July 2014.
