Specification

• Building

  The building Shall be R.C.C. framed structure as per design of the architect / engineer.

 
• Flooring

  a) All rooms and varandas are laid with white marble / Tiles of 2'x 2' and 2 skirting of 4" height.
  Dinning and drawing with white marble / Tiles slab with 4" skirting without any design.
  All stair case landing will be made of stone.
  
  b) Kitchen will have marble/Tiles slab in floor and daddo finish with glazed tiles upto 3'0" from green marble cooking top.
  
  c) In toilets and WC marble slab floor and daddo finish with white glaze tiles of8"x 12" up to 6'0" height.

 
• Wall Finish

  The building shall be painted eternally with cement based paints (snowcem), the inside of the flat shall be of plaster of paris. Colour wash will be done on stair case wall.

 
• Walls

  All exterior brick work shall be 8" thick with bricks of approved quality.
  Flat partition 5" thick and all inside partition wall 3" thick wall with first class brick.
  The outside of the building will have plaster 3/4" thick average where as the inside and ceiling plaster will be 1/4" thick (average)

 
• Kitchen & Toilets

  a) One shower in toilet.
  b) Two tap in toilet, all sanitory fittings will be made by mark.
  c) One westersn type WC with necessary flushing arrangement.
  d) One ablusion tap.
  e) One tap with stainless steel sink in kitchen.
  f) One wash basin in dinning.

 
• Door & Windows

  Doors
  a) All doors would be 32 mm thick flash type made of chemically treated hard wood.
  b) Wooden door frame of Malayasian Sal Wood.
  c) one 8 long tower bolt from inside.
  d) one telescopic peep-whole at main door.
  e) Electric bell point only.
  f) One brass handle from outside.
  g) One mortice lock.
  h) Flash type doors will be provided at kitchen and toilet.
  i) One aluminium tower bolt 6" long from outside.
  j) One brass handle from outside.

  Windows
  a) All aluminium sliding windows as per design by architect will be provided. All windows will be covered by painted MS ornamental grill.
  b) All windows shutters will be fully glazed and made of 3 mm thick glass panes.
  c) The windows of toilets shall have translucent glass.

   

 
• Stairs, Lobbies & Lifts

  1) Stair case room will be provided with glass for light and ventilation as per design.
  2) Space for electricity meters and pumps.
