The Group, spearheaded by Mr. Suneel Kumar Rajput, had its humble beginning as a real estate agency in 1993 with an aim to provide value based services to a booming construction and real estate market in NOIDA and its surrounding areas.

The agency earned a great name and was encouraged to diversify and enlarge its area of activity and operation.

After executing numerous construction projects, the group started a new wing of a real estate development company under name and style of Rajput Properties and Developers Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2005. This company has currently undertaken its most prestigious projects.
